Qualifications

• 5+ years in marine, corporate sales, or business development.
• Proven client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of travel booking tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities in deployment and agency partner segments.
• Develop tailored proposals using CTI tools Aquarius and Astra.
• Lead Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct QBRs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coach teams and promote cross-unit collaboration.
• Monitor KPIs and revenue targets.
• Support incentive programs tied to results.
