GSK in the Philippines seeks a field-based Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with specialty care and oncology accounts. You will design and deliver account plans with clinicians, hospital teams, and cross-functional colleagues to improve patient journeys.

This role is field-based in the Philippines. Regular travel across assigned accounts and frequent on-site visits to hospitals and clinics are required. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available due to the customer-facing nature of this role.
