Job summary

GSK Philippines is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to build relationships with healthcare professionals and deliver territory goals using evidence-based recommendations. You will collaborate with medical, marketing, access and supply teams to ensure a joined-up customer experience and compliant, patient-focused care.

The role requires a life sciences degree, English and Filipino fluency, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and readiness to work on-site with regular field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare field sales, or an equivalent customer-facing healthcare role.
• Clear communication skills in English and Filipino for effective, patient-focused discussions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and CRM systems for planning, reporting and insight generation.
• Commitment to follow local laws, industry codes and company policies in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists and local stakeholders through regular in-person and digital engagement.
• Use scientific knowledge and local treatment guidance to make patient-focused, evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop and execute territory plans using data and customer insight to prioritise visits and opportunities.
• Deliver sales and service objectives and track performance to adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure patients benefit from appropriate care and a consistent customer experience.
• Keep accurate records, comply with local laws and company standards, and manage samples, expenses and inventory responsibly.

Work arrangement

This role is on‑site and field‑based in the Philippines. Expect regular travel across your assigned territory. Office or remote reporting may be required for collaboration and administrative tasks.
