GSK seeks a field-based Account Leader in the Philippines to develop and manage relationships with specialist physicians, oncology clinics, and hospital accounts. You will design practical account plans, forecast demand, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver education and tailored solutions.
The role requires at least 3 years in pharma account management, with exposure to specialty care or oncology, strong communication, and a willingness to travel.

You will lead strategic relationships with specialty care and oncology accounts across the Philippines. You will work directly with clinicians, hospital teams, clinic managers, and internal colleagues to design and deliver practical account plans that improve patient journeys. This role is field-based in the Philippines. Regular travel across assigned accounts and on-site visits to hospitals and clinics are required. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available due to the customer-facing nature of this role.
