Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in account management, customer service, operations management and/or client relations.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City and the graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely and successful delivery of services.
• Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyze, and forecast key account performance metrics.
• Keep clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client service daily.
• Develop the business by expanding existing client relationships.
• Formulate and implement solutions to optimize operations and maintain quality.
• Manage teams and coach team members.

• Assist the business unit manager with ad hoc projects.
