Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking an Account Manager to own day-to-day client relationships within the assigned vertical pod. You will bridge client expectations with service delivery, coordinating with HR, TA, and Shared Services to drive account health and growth.

Responsibilities include managing escalations, monitoring SLAs, negotiating terms, and pursuing retention opportunities, all while ensuring IT security and contract compliance. Onsite role in Clark City Front Mall, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 1 to 5+ years in BPO account management or similar.
• Strong negotiation and account growth experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with HR, TA, Finance, Legal.
• Advanced English communication and client interaction.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and manage expectations.
• Monitor SLA delivery and address gaps with HR/TA partners.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract terms.
• Support workforce planning and pod staffing plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional support from Shared Services.
