Job summary

MicroSourcing Philippines is seeking an Account Manager (Client Service Leader) to oversee key client relationships onsite across BGC Taguig, MOA Pasay, Eastwood Libis and Harton Paranaque.

In this role you will own client expectations, drive growth, negotiate terms, and coordinate with HR, Legal, Finance to deliver exceptional service. Fluency in English and a proven leadership presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BPO account management or enterprise client success.
• Strong English and written/verbal communication with executive presence.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms, manage account P&L, and drive growth.
• Experience navigating matrix organizations with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and escalations.
• Monitor SLA and delivery performance; coordinate with HR/TA to close gaps.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities within client accounts.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract terms; escalate out-of-margin issues.
