Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Account Manager (Client Relationship Management) to lead client relationships and service delivery across multiple accounts in the Philippines. This onsite team-lead role requires strong English communication, executive presence, and a track record of negotiating terms and driving account growth.

You will own hiring forecasts, coordinate with HR/Finance, and collaborate across Shared Services to meet complex client needs while ensuring SLA adherence and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BPO account management, enterprise client success, or complex B2B relationship management.
• Strong English and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven Executive Presence and transparency.
• Direct client-facing experience with ability to negotiate terms, manage account P&L, and drive growth.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, actively managing expectations and swiftly resolving escalations.
• Hold full responsibility and accountability for client escalation resolution and respond directly to SLA breaches.
• Monitor SLA and delivery performance, partnering with HR & TA to close gaps.
• Identify and pursue growth and retention opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract terms; escalate out-of-margin issues to Finance.
• Own the pod hiring plan and forecast; align staffing plans with TA.
• Provide interview consultation and headcount approvals.
• Review and redline client contracts; avoid verbal commitments on legal risk without escalation.
