Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leading offshore managed services provider in the Philippines, seeks a Team Leader to manage day-to-day client relationships within a vertical pod. You will coordinate with HR, TA, Shared Services, and Enterprise Enablement to drive account health, profitability, and growth.

The role emphasizes client-centric service delivery, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration to meet contractual commitments and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–5+ years in BPO account management or enterprise client success.
• Strong financial literacy; proven track record in negotiating terms and driving growth.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and escalations.
• Monitor SLA and delivery performance; coordinate with HR/TA partners to close gaps.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities within existing accounts; lead pricing negotiations.
• Own pod hiring plan and staffing forecasts; support interview decisions and headcount approvals.
• Ensure contract review, risk management, and IT/data security compliance.

Education
