Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client relationships within the Clark City Front Mall area. You will bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with contracts, SLAs, and business goals.

You'll collaborate with HR, TA, Finance, and Legal teams, shaping account health, profitability, and growth while driving customer satisfaction and retention in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–5+ years in BPO account management, enterprise client success, or complex B2B relationships.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and escalations.
• Own client contracts, pricing discussions, and SLA adherence with internal partners.
• Lead pod hiring forecasts with HR and TA, and support staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and Enterprise Enablement to meet complex client needs.
