You will monitor compliance requirements, coordinate with strata managers, contractors, agents, tenants, councils, and property owners, and maintain documentation to ensure timely renewals and certifications.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented administration with strong communication and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, property management, strata, or compliance is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance requirements, deadlines, certifications, and renewals.
• Coordinate with strata managers, contractors, agents, tenants, councils, and property owners.
• Follow up on outstanding compliance matters and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, certificates, and documentation.
• Prepare compliance updates and reports for managers and property owners.
• Issue work orders and request quotations as instructed.
• Coordinate inspections, required works, certifications, and annual Fire Safety work orders.
• Monitor work order progress and ensure timely completion.
• Provide professional communication and support to stakeholders.
