Job summary

Jatro BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist to manage financial operations for Australian strata properties. The role requires accuracy, compliance with Australian standards, and strong client service in a fast-paced BPO setting.

You will handle AR/AP, trust accounts, budgeting, and cooperation with auditors while supporting payroll tasks and BAS preparation. Onsite work in a collaborative environment is offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Australian strata/property accounting or similar role.
• Experience with Australian taxation, BAS preparation, payroll, wage calculations.
• Knowledge of trust accounting and strata legislation is advantageous.
• Proficient in Strata Master, StrataMax, MYOB, Xero or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for strata corporations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile trust accounts per Australian strata regulations.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements, and schedules.
• Coordinate with auditors and respond to client inquiries.
• Maintain general ledgers and accounting records.
