FoodCrave Marketing, Inc. in Pasay City is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager for the airport area. You will lead staff across service, training, and quality control to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant operations, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Airport location and shift coverage across weekends/holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with a 4-year degree.
• At least 10 years in food service operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably in 24-hour service.

Job description

This hiring is for FoodCrave Marketing, Inc. - a subsidiary of San Miguel Foods, Inc. Location will be in NAIA Terminals in Pasay City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees, ensuring competency and follows company policies.
• Interact with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses
• Ensure food quality and service standards are met.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during service
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, covering aspects like food handling, customer service, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Must be College Graduate of any 4-year course
• Minimum of 10 years experience in food service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; strong knowledge in cash handling, POS operations, inventory management
• The required 10 years of food service experience must be specifically in restaurant operations
• Experience working in a fast paced environment, in independent foodservice establishments, preferably full service restaurants/quick service restaurants at 24 hours operation
• Proactive leadership: anticipates operational needs, acts without constant supervision and drives improvement
• Strong people management skills: able to lead, motivate, and develop team members for peak performance
• Operational Independence: capable of making sound decisions and solving problems on the spot
• Demonstrates active listening and the ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements, showing openness to continuous learning and proactively addressing issues raised
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present oneself professionally and maintain a positive, customer-friendly presence, reliable, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
• Must be able to bridge management and crew operations: guiding the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping daily operations smooth while embodying professionalism
• Must be willing to be assigned in Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Pasay City
• Willing to work in various shifts including weekends and holidays.
