FoodCrave Marketing, Inc. in Pasay City is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager for the airport area. You will lead staff across service, training, and quality control to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires extensive experience in fast-paced restaurant operations, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Airport location and shift coverage across weekends/holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with a 4-year degree.
• At least 10 years in food service operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably in 24-hour service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees per company policies.
• Interact with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during service.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training on food handling and safety protocols.
