About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Supervisor to join Ace Hardware Phils., Inc. at our SM City Consolacion (inside SM Department Store) location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and success of our retail store. As Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance. This role is integral to delivering the Ace Hardware experience to our customers and supporting the broader objectives of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews to support professional development
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with management on inventory needs and ordering
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs through effective team leadership and customer engagement
• Report on store performance metrics and provide feedback to senior management
• Assist in the implementation of promotional campaigns and company initiatives

• Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in a hardware or home improvement retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business performance
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving capabilities
• Physical capability to perform store duties and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
