About the role

We are seeking a Stock Clerk to join our team at Ace Hardware Phils., Inc. in SM City Pampanga Branch. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our warehouse and distribution operations. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock efficiently, and ensuring that our warehouse operates smoothly to support our customers and store locations. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to deliver products promptly and maintain optimal stock levels across our network.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against delivery documents
• Organize and arrange stock items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labelling and easy accessibility
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and manual count methods
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with management
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to items requiring reorder
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, securing items to prevent damage during transit
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required
