About the role

Ace Hardware Phils., Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Ace Builders Pampanga Branch located at SM City Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. As Store Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to achieving our business objectives and maintaining Ace Hardware's reputation for quality service and products.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

• Manage store staff recruitment, training, development, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team

• Drive sales performance and revenue growth through strategic planning, promotional execution, and customer engagement initiatives

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandising to maximise product availability and minimize wastage

• Maintain store facilities, safety standards, and cleanliness to provide a welcoming shopping environment for customers

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business

• Manage budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targets whilst maintaining service quality

• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and positive outcomes

• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching to support team development

• Report store performance metrics and insights to regional management on a regular basis

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment, preferably in hardware or home improvement retail

• Has a proven experience in B2B sales transactions, account management and client acquisition.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales management, inventory control, and financial performance

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance targets consistently

• Customer service excellence with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences and building customer relationships

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers

• Problem-solving capability with sound decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
