Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is hiring a Store Manager in Rizal (San Mateo area) to lead operations and drive performance across 1–5 stores. You will ensure superb customer experiences, uphold visual merchandising standards, and coach store teams to exceed sales targets.

As a Store Manager, you will oversee inventory, SOP compliance, POS operations, and in-store campaigns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and store health.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, operational procedures, policies, and brand standards across all assigned stores.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.
• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal to zero inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
• Ensure that all store facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.
