You will oversee daily operations, optimize in-store campaigns, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure profitable store execution. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and a keen eye for visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, AOV, and other retail metrics.
• Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
