Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in General Santos to oversee retail operations across 1 to 5+ stores. You will drive sales, manage performance metrics, and lead store teams to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize in-store initiatives, and ensure efficient inventory and stockroom operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, policies, and brand standards across stores.
• Maintain highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are met.
• Audit store processes and team execution for compliance with standards.
• Oversee POS system usage and customer transactions.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Continuously review processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and execution quality.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store campaigns, promotions, and product launches across stores.
• Ensure timely execution of retail programs and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor execution and impact of store initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Adapt plans and allocate resources to address challenges and changing needs.
• Support company-wide projects and brand initiatives.
