Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop action plans to enhance sales, profitability, customer experience, and operations.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion rate, average transaction value, and inventory.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards, and customer service levels are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory, stock requests, deliveries, and stockroom organization.
• Plan and execute in-store campaigns, product launches, and promotions across stores.
• Coach and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
