• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other retail metrics.
• Audit store processes and ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock requests, deliveries, and POS usage.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and launches.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service.
