Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Cavite, Bacoor to drive sales and operational excellence across multiple locations while maintaining top-tier customer experiences.

The role focuses on performance analysis, KPI-driven improvements, inventory control, and brand standards adherence to ensure store health and profitability. You will lead training and development for store teams and coordinate in-store campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, operational policies, and brand standards across all stores.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are met.
• Audit store processes and team execution for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and proper use of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure store facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and product launches across stores.
• Ensure timely execution of retail programs and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor execution of store initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Adapt plans and allocate resources to address challenges and changing needs.
• Support company-wide projects, brand initiatives, and priorities as required.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service.
