Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Metro Manila to drive business performance across 1 to 5+ stores.

You will lead daily operations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and uphold visual merchandising standards while coaching store teams to meet sales and profitability targets. You will monitor KPIs, implement action plans, manage inventory and POS processes, plan campaigns and product launches, and ensure franchise SOPs and brand guidelines are consistently followed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.
• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal to zero inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
• Ensure that all store facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.
