Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish and achieve business and profit objectives; generate performance insights for management.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, policies, and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee customer transactions and proper use of the POS system.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store campaigns and product launches across stores.
• Train, coach, and develop store teams to deliver exceptional service and operations.
