Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive business performance, operational excellence, and boutique-level retail execution across multiple stores. You will lead store teams, ensure visual merchandising standards, and optimize sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, implementing action plans, supervising POS transactions, and maintaining inventory accuracy, while upholding SOPs and brand standards across locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.
• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
