Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive business performance, optimise operations across 1–5+ stores, and elevate customer experience. You will lead teams, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards are met while delivering profitable results.

The role focuses on retail planning, execution, and people leadership to sustain growth and a consistent customer journey across the store network.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, operational procedures, policies, and brand standards across all assigned stores.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.
• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal to zero inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
• Ensure that all store facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor in-store initiatives, campaigns, promotions, and product launches across assigned stores.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of retail programs and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational requirements.
• Monitor execution of quality and business impact of store initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Adapt plans and allocate resources to address operational challenges and changing business needs.
• Support company-wide projects, brand initiatives, and other business priorities as required.
