Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and uphold the company's mission, vision, core values, and operational standards.
• Familiarize yourself with store layout, equipment, products, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform product preparation and assembly while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service through efficient order handling, cashiering, and customer interaction.
• Assist in inventory receiving, stock monitoring, documentation, FIFO implementation, and wastage control.
• Review inventory records, product control sheets, and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Monitor daily sales performance, prepare shift reports, and assist in cash reconciliation using the POS system.
• Learn store performance monitoring and support the achievement of sales and operational targets.
• Assist in staff scheduling, work delegation, and team coordination.
• Observe and participate in coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes under management guidance.
• Practice problem-solving and decision-making to address operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with supervisors, management, and team members to support efficient store operations.
