Job summary

TAPA KING INC' is seeking a driven Management Trainee to grow through hands-on training across all aspects of store operations in our Mexico/Pampanga location. The role focuses on customer service, inventory control, staff supervision, and leadership development to prepare you for a future store manager position.

You will work closely with the store and district teams, participate in policies implementation, and engage in ongoing development opportunities to sharpen management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant store operations.
