You will be mentored to progress into store management, with exposure to inventory, merchandising, and daily store administration. The program emphasizes growth, training, and a pathway to leadership within our retail network.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed or higher; business/retail background preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Customer service excellence and teamwork focus.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day store operations including opening/closing.
• Support manager with inventory, stock rotation, and merchandising.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Train and supervise junior staff and enforce policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Handle cash, POS, and sales records reconciliation.
• Participate in promotions and product displays.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
