Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team; adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of retail systems/technology is beneficial but not essential.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience would strengthen candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations including opening/closing, stock management, and cash handling.
• Support store management in implementing policies, procedures, and standards.
• Apply effective customer service techniques to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Contribute to sales targets by promoting products and engaging customers.
• Monitor inventory, stock rotation, and report discrepancies to management.
• Support promotions and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiency in store ops.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
• Develop knowledge of retail business systems, POS technology, and reporting tools.
