Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, schedule, delegate, and monitor restaurant staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service, speed, accuracy, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory, receiving, stock rotation (FIFO), and wastage.
• Monitor daily sales, store targets, POS reports, and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare accurate shift and operational reports.
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and address operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
