Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn all facets of store operations, including customer service, inventory management, financial reporting, and staff supervision
• Assist the store manager with daily operations and decision-making
• Develop leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of store associates
• Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant store operations
• Collaborate with the district manager and regional team to identify and implement strategies for improving store performance
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your management skills
