Responsibilities

• Perform product preparation and assembly with hygiene and food safety.
• Deliver customer service via efficient order handling, cashiering, and interaction.
• Assist in inventory receiving, stock monitoring, documentation, FIFO, and wastage control.
• Review inventory records and assist in maintaining stock levels.
• Monitor daily sales, prepare shift reports, and assist in cash reconciliation via POS.
• Learn store performance monitoring and support sales and operational targets.
• Assist in staff scheduling, work delegation, and team coordination.
• Observe coaching, feedback, and disciplinary processes under management.
• Apply problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, hygiene, and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management, and team for efficient operations.
