ABest Express Inc. in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, seeks a driven Management Trainee to learn store operations and retail leadership. This full-time role covers stock management, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling and customer service while working with experienced managers to develop supervisory skills.

You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and clear pathways to advance into management positions within our store network.

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent
• Strong leadership potential

• Numeracy and basic computer/POS proficiency

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required

Mansioni

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management, merchandising and inventory control
• Support the store management team in implementing company policies, procedures and retail standards
• Learn and apply point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in creating a positive shopping environment
• Help supervise and coordinate with store team members on assigned tasks and duties
• Participate in staff training initiatives and contribute to team development
• Monitor store cleanliness, visual merchandising and product displays
• Assist in managing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe, secure store environment
• Gather feedback from customers and store staff to identify areas for improvement
