This full-time role covers stock management, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling and customer service while working with experienced managers to develop supervisory skills.

• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including stock management, merchandising and inventory control
• Support the store management team in implementing company policies, procedures and retail standards
• Learn and apply point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in creating a positive shopping environment
• Help supervise and coordinate with store team members on assigned tasks and duties
• Participate in staff training initiatives and contribute to team development
• Monitor store cleanliness, visual merchandising and product displays
• Assist in managing promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe, secure store environment
• Gather feedback from customers and store staff to identify areas for improvement
