The role requires supervising employees, monitoring daily sales, inventory, and staff schedules while enforcing company policies and SOPs. Flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising employees and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory management, cashiering, and report preparation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure all play areas, attractions, and equipment are clean, safe, and operational.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate service crew members and other assigned personnel.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies, materials, and other operational necessities.
• Ensure guest safety, particularly in children's play areas and attractions.
