FantasyWorld at SM Iloilo is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain safety standards. You will coach Team Leaders and Service Crew, manage scheduling and performance, and ensure proper cash handling and inventory controls.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards across all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Team Leaders and Service Crew
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, manpower deployment, and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor play areas and attractions to ensure guest safety and proper implementation of safety procedures
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational concerns professionally
• Monitor sales, cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability
• Ensure the store maintains proper cleanliness, sanitation, grooming, and visual standards
• Monitor equipment and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
