The role requires supervising employees, monitoring daily sales, inventory, and staff schedules while enforcing company policies and SOPs. Flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate service crew members and other assigned personnel.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets.

About the role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the FantasyWorld branch, ensuring excellent customer service, guest safety, efficient staff performance, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves managing employees, monitoring daily sales and inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines
• Monitor store opening and closing procedures
• Ensure all play areas, attractions, and equipment are clean, safe, and operational

About you

• Knowledge of sales monitoring, inventory management, cashiering, and report preparation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesComputer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and POS systems
