Job summary

International Toy World, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead store operations across multiple branches in the Laguna area.

The role drives sales plans, merchandising execution, and people management while coordinating with HR and store managers to optimize performance and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of managerial experience in a related field, with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee inventories, training, and branch

Knowledge of inventory and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure sales plan for branches is achieved through product assortment, marketing opportunities and store plantilla completion.
Direct planning of marketing strategies, merchandise layout, manpower needs and sales plan during events.
Monitor sales performance of branches by coordinating with Store Managers.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance of branches.
Ensure SOPs and compliance with company policies are strictly followed.
Organize training for store staff on policies and procedures.
Oversee store visits, renovations and new store setups.
Coordinate with HR on OT pay, benefits and payroll adjustments.
Develop manpower schedules and promotion opportunities for staff.
