Responsibilities include driving sales, promoting products, participating in trainings, managing inventory, staffing, and enforcing company policies to meet targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in related fields (store operations, inventory management, customer management, sales management).

• Sell and promote appropriate items to create additional opportunities.
• Attend trainings and meetings to develop skills aligned with objectives.
• Ensure accurate adherence to policies to achieve targets.

• Spend time on the selling floor assisting customers and managing staff.
• Follow cash handling policies and maintain store registers.
• Support safety, security, and brand image standards.
• Assist inventory activities, transfers, pricing, and counts.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor for warehousing activities.
• Organize staff schedules and motivate sales staff to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with uniform and grooming policies.
