Qualifikationen

• 3 years of managerial experience in retail store operations, inventory management, and sales.

• Execute sales achievement plans through product assortment, marketing opportunities, and store staffing.
• Direct planning of marketing strategies, merchandising, and manpower for sales events.
• Monitor branch sales performance and coordinate with Store Managers.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports for branches.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed; implement sanctions for violations.
• Train store staff on policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Oversee store renovations and new store openings; monitor progress.
• Coordinate with HR to manage vacation leaves, OT pay, and payroll adjustments.
