Job summary

SM Appliance is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in the Philippines. You will manage sales, customer service, inventory, and staff supervision to ensure smooth and profitable store performance.

You will lead a team of sales associates, implement merchandising and scheduling strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to uphold company policies and drive store improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a retail store supervisor or management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
• Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays and visual presentation
• Lead and coach your team of sales associates to improve skills and performance
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement company policies and initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance store efficiency and profitability
