Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail store supervisor or management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Adaptable to changes in the retail environment and able to implement new strategies and technologies.
• Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure the store meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective staff scheduling, merchandising, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual presentation to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Lead and inspire your team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to improve their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance store efficiency and profitability.
