You will coach the sales team, monitor performance with input from the Regional Manager, ensure merchandising standards, and uphold a customer-first culture through hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or similar.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Proactive, hands-on leader who inspires and empowers their team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and collaborate with the Regional Manager to address challenges and drive results.
• Build strong relationships with top customers and turn service challenges into positive experiences.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met—monitor product displays, cleanliness, and fixture maintenance.
• Conduct daily team check-ins to reinforce product knowledge, promotional updates, grooming standards, and customer service excellence.
• Drive a customer-first culture by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and leading by example.
