Job summary

Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across 1 to 5 stores. You will uphold brand standards, supervise daily store operations, and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will analyze performance, manage inventory, coordinate in-store campaigns, and ensure KPI targets are met. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to execution and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail operations.
• Knowledge of retail management best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Previous related experience in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, policies, and brand standards across stores.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Audit store processes for compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee POS transactions and stock deliveries for efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries.
• Maintain planograms and stockroom organization.
• Coach and develop store teams for exceptional service.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
