Job summary

Sunnies Inc. manages a network of stores and seeks a Store Manager to lead operations across multiple locations in the region. You will drive sales, ensure top-tier customer experiences, and uphold brand standards.

You will develop store teams, enforce SOPs, manage inventory, and supervise visual merchandising, POS accuracy, and store compliance. Strong leadership and hands-on retail expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned stores.
• Analyze retail metrics and KPIs, identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans that improve sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor store productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and other key retail metrics.
• Establish, communicate, and achieve business and profit objectives.
• Generate business reports and present performance insights, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Continuously evaluate store performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, operational procedures, policies, and brand standards across all assigned stores.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and ensure customer experience expectations are consistently met.
• Audit store processes and team execution to ensure compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
• Oversee customer transactions and ensure proper use of the POS system.
• Manage inventory levels, stock requests, and deliveries to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and minimal to zero inventory loss.
• Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising standards, planogram execution, and stockroom organization.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Continuously review operational processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and execution quality.
• Ensure that all store facilities, equipment, and operational requirements are properly maintained.
