The Store Manager oversees the day-to‑day operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, store operations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent service. This role also leads and motivates the store team, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 2–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work on‑site in Kasiglahan, Rizal
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Store Operations

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Sales & Performance

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targetsDevelop and execute effective sales strategies
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports

People Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance
• Handle scheduling, attendance monitoring, and on‑the‑job training
• Foster a positive and respectful team environment

Inventory & Merchandising

• Oversee stock replenishment, accuracy, and loss prevention
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure attractive product displays
• Customer Service
• Ensure excellent service standards
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally

Cash & Financial Control

• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling
• Assist in monitoring expenses and improving store profitability
