Koko Mart Trading Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee opening/closing, ensure safety compliance, implement SOPs, and monitor KPIs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2–5 years in retail with supervisory experience, and on-site work at Primark Town Center Tayabas. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years in retail with 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
• Able to work on-site in Primark Town Center Tayabas.
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety and security standards.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate store staff performance.
