Job Description:

As ourRetail Director (Bilingual - English & Chinese), you willpioneer multi-store operations, driving profitability, consistency, and excellence. You will develop store managers, implement process improvements, and ensure every store operates efficiently while supporting the company’s expansion and long-term vision.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• At least 3 years of experience in department store or chain retail operations or multi-store level, with experience at a managerial level or higher
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting tools)
• Proficient in Chinese and English (speaking, listening, writing)
• Willing to work on-site in Kawit, Cavite, with occasional travel to other locations and multiple locations (accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Store Operations Management

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple retail stores
• Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs, policies, and standards
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Sales & Financial Performance

• Lead sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
• Analyze sales data, KPIs, and P&L reports to drive profitability
• Develop corrective action plans for underperforming stores

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage and mentor Store Managers and operational leaders
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Build a high‑performance, accountable operations team

Inventory & Process Control

• Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure supply efficiency

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare operational and performance reports for management
• Coordinate closely with Chinese management and head office
• Support store expansion, setup, and operational readiness
