About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team at our SM Angono Rizal location. This is a full-time position that offers a significant opportunity to lead and manage a retail operation, driving commercial success whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards. As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the store's performance, responsible for all aspects of operations, staff management, and strategic implementation at the store level. This role is pivotal in representing Great Image Services Corporation's values and vision at the local level, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service whilst our team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale system management
2. Lead, motivate, and manage store staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team
3. Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies to meet or exceed store targets
4. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures
5. Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
6. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally, fostering customer loyalty
7. Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and local legislative requirements
8. Analyze store performance data and reporting, identifying trends and implementing improvements to optimize profitability

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a retail management role, with at least 2-5 years in a similar position within a retail environment
2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members
3. Demonstrated commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
5. Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency with retail systems and point-of-sale software; experience with inventory management systems is advantageous
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and retail best practices

9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
10. Flexibility and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods as required
